Usage

Standalone

This fabric integrates as is into your products and requires no protection.

Composite reinforcement

Perfectly accepts resins and silicone.

Flat, deformed, draped

With better flexibility, the GASHA UHMWPE fabric is perfectly formable without any loss of performance

Advantages

Excellent value for the price

Cheaper than aramid while offering better toughness

Weight gain

The UHMWPE fiber has a density lower than 1, resulting in about 20% less mass at equal performance compared to aramid.

Flexibility

With less abrasive fibers, the GASHA UHMWPE fabric offers excellent bi-directional flexibility

Use cases

Ballistic protection

With superior toughness to aramid, UHMWPE is particularly effective for ballistic protection

Sports protection

UHMWPE is not sensitive to UV and moisture, so the fabric does not need to be protected.

Aerospace protection

UHMWPE is not sensitive to UV and moisture, so the fabric does not need to be protected.

Features of the multi-layer 3D weaving

Perfect bi-directional draping without cutting or sewing. Complete preservation of mechanical performance.

Excellent flexibility and morphological adaptability, while providing a level of protection equivalent to 2D/UD fabrics.

Guaranteed and consistent performance from -40 °C to +80 °C without structural alteration.

Inter-layer cohesion increased by 5 times thanks to 3D binding threads, ensuring maximum integrity after impact.

100% recyclable through purely physical mechanical shredding, without any chemical additives.

Superior energy dissipation (+25% of active threads at impact compared to traditional 2D weavings).

3D volumetric structure designed to capture and retain debris and fragments at the core of the fabric.
